HRMG 1330 - Strategic Compensation

Credits: 3 Lecture: 3 Lab: 0

This course provides an in depth study of the history, principles, theories, and practices of compensation and an overview of alternative reward systems and strategies. Students will review compensation surveys, policies governing benefits including health, life, disability, pension/retirement, and pay for time not worked, and the laws governing compensation.

Corequisite: HRMG 2650  or permission of instructor
