CULA 2160 - Classical Desserts

Credits: 3 Lecture: 1 Lab: 4

Through lab and lecture, the advanced student will gain a working knowledge of classical dessert making which includes menu planning, preparation, presentation, and familiarization with all varieties of classical desserts. The student will have working knowledge of hot, cold, and frozen classical desserts.

Prerequisite: CULA 1080
