CULA 1140 - Nutrition and Menu Planning

Students will learn the characteristics of the major nutrient groups, their relationship to diet and health, and the foods in which they are found Students will apply these principles to creating menus, marketing, food purchasing, and preparation to meet the nutritional needs and tastes of consumers both in private and public sectors
