MATH 0990 - Introductory Algebra

Credits: 5 Lecture: 4 Lab: 2

Students will study and apply algebra concepts that are foundational for collegelevel algebra courses Topics include factoring algebraic expressions, operations involving algebraic fractions, laws of exponents, roots and radicals, linear equations and graphs, simultaneous linear equations, and solving application problems involving linear equations and/or formulas

Prerequisite: Placement by testing
