This course will highlight reconstruction of the South, the Gilded Age, Imperialism, Progressivism, World War I, Roaring Twenties, Great Depression, New Deal, World War II, Cold War, 1950s, Civil Rights, Vietnam War, Nixon and Watergate, Reagan, Clinton, Obama Students will examine these topics from political, economic, and cultural perspectives
