ALTE 1010 - Introduction to Energy Resources

Credits: 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 2

This course provides an overview of traditional and alternative renewable energy technology, including fossil fuels, solar photovoltaic and thermal, wind, geothermal, and transportation fuels including biofuels and hydrogen The basic technology of how each system works, advantages and disadvantages and design/cost issues will also be covered

Prerequisite: Placement into college level math
