A.POLICY

Zane State College values our employees and recognizes outstanding employee contributions at all organizational levels. Employee rewards and recognition are an important part of our Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and total compensation program. These programs encourage a positive work environment, enhance employee morale, motivate high performance, and support employee development.

Employees who perform their assigned responsibilities at an exceptional level may be eligible for recognition. Compensatory awards must be for achievements related to activities over and above assigned responsibilities (i.e., extraordinary contributions).
