3357:12-16-49-Part-Time Annual Employee-Definition

1. POLICY

A part-time annual employee is defined as an individual working less than 30 hours per week and employed under an annual appointment. Part-time annual employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for selected benefits on a prorated basis.
