A.POLICY
Exempt Personnel are “exempt” from receiving overtime pay and compensatory time.
Non-exempt personnel are eligible for overtime pay and compensatory time if they work more than 40 hours in any calendar week. Please see Policy 300.19, Overtime and Services Performed, for further information.
B.POLICY GUIDELINES
Employees have access to the Salary Schedule via My ZSC which demonstrates administrative and professional staff (exempt) and support staff (non-exempt).
