  1. POLICY

This policy outlines the steps for an employee submitting a resignation from employment at Zane State College.

  1. POLICY GUIDELINES

 

Employees who are contemplating resignation from employment at Zane State College should first confer with their supervisor prior in making a final decision. Written notification should be submitted to the President of the College and sufficient prior notice given. This compliance will assist the College in finding a qualified replacement. Upon resignation, employees will be paid for all credited and unused vacation leave. Employees will also be offered continuation of health insurance coverage (COBRA), if applicable.
