3357:12-16-38-Ethics for Staff


A.POLICY

 

All staff members must comply with all applicable Ohio Ethics Laws.

B.POLICY GUIDELINES

 

  1. The staff member should be courteous, pleasant, and just in all relationships.
  2. Desirable ethical standards require cordial relations between each staff member.
  3. The conduct of the staff member should conform to accepted patterns of behavior.
  4. Unfavorable criticism of associates should be avoided except when made to proper officials under proper circumstances.
  5. Reports/communications regarding other staff members should be truthful and confidential.
  6. Official business should be transacted only through properly designated officials.
  7. The responsibility for reporting all matters harmful to the welfare of the College rests upon each staff member.
