3357:12-16-21-School Employees Retirement System (SERS)


  1. POLICY

Members of the School Employees Retirement System of Ohio (SERS) contribute a percentage of their wages defined by the State, and the College contributes the required percentage of the employee’s wages. All SERS members pay into a defined benefit plan. Additional information can be found on www.ohsers.org or by contacting the Office of Human Resources.

Eligible employees include professional and support staff and non-academic administrators.
