- POLICY
The Ohio Public Employees Deferred Compensation Program is a supplemental 457(b) retirement plan for all Ohio public employees.
- POLICY GUIDELINES
This benefit is available to any public employee who is eligible for membership in one of the State’s statutory retirement systems. The program provides participants with educational tools, a diverse set of investment options, flexible savings and withdrawal options, and portability within the public sector. This benefit is 100 percent employee paid through payroll deduction.
