3357:12-14-64-Grade Appeal Policy


POLICY

Students must initiate any appeals or concerns regarding the validity of final course grades within 30 calendar days following the end of the semester in which the grade was issued. Appeals submitted after this timeframe may not be considered.

 

POLICY GUIDELINES

If no grade appeal is initiated within 30 days, the final, appeals are generally no longer considered, barring exceptional circumstances (such as administrative errors or documented extenuating circumstances like medical issues). In such cases, students may still request an appeal, but approval typically requires substantial justification and approval from higher academic authorities.
