3357:12-14-60-Disposition of Final Exams and Grade Books

The final examination may be a significant part of a student’s final grade. Each faculty member should retain all final exams and papers for one term after the course ends. Students have 30 calendar days in which to initiate a grade appeal or academic complaint. This process is outlined in the Zane State College catalog. Faculty are encouraged to export and retain gradebooks as Excel spreadsheets.
