3357:12-14-57-1-Course Grading Procedures


Notification of Grading Period

 

  • The Registrar’s Office will notify faculty when the grading period opens each semester. Faculty should be prepared to submit final course grades once grading is available.

 

Submission of Grades

 

  • Faculty are required to enter final grades in the designated area within Blackboard. It is the responsibility of each faculty member to ensure that all grades are submitted accurately and on time.

 

Grade Deadline

 

  • All final grades must be entered by the established grade submission deadline. Grading will close at 11:59 p.m. on the Sunday of finals week. Faculty should plan accordingly to meet this deadline.

 

Grading Closure

 

  • After 11:59 p.m. on the Sunday of finals week, the grading system will automatically shut off, and no further grade entries or changes will be permitted without contacting the Registrar’s Office.
