This policy establishes the residency credit hour requirements for students pursuing associate degrees and bachelor’s degrees at Zane State College. The policy outlines the minimum number of credit hours that must be completed as a Zane State College student to satisfy residency requirements for graduation.

 

B.POLICY GUIDELINES

 

1. Residency Requirements for Associate Degrees
   • Associate of Arts (A.A.): Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of Zane State College coursework.
   • Associate of Science (A.S.): Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of Zane State College coursework.
   • Associate of Technical Study (A.T.S.): Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of Zane State College coursework.
   • Associate of Applied Business (A.A.B.): Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of technical coursework at Zane State College.
   • Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.): Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of technical coursework at Zane State College.
2. Residency Requirements for Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.S.)
   • Students must complete a minimum of 20 credit hours of technical coursework at the 3000 or 4000 level as a student of Zane State College.
3. Clarification and Assistance
   • Students with questions or concerns regarding their residency requirements should contact the Registrar’s Office for assistance.
