3357:12-14-09-Deans List Policy

POLICY
Students who demonstrate academic excellence in their studies will be named to the Dean’s List. To be eligible, full-time students must achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher during a given semester excluding credit/no-credit courses. Part-time students must achieve a 3.5 GPA or higher and complete a minimum of nine credit hours excluding credit/no-credit courses.

POLICY GUIDELINES
Students who achieve Dean’s List recognition will be notified via USPS mail. An official notation will be added to the student’s transcript for the term in which the achievement occurred. Additionally, Zane State College will publish a media announcement on its website and social media platforms to recognize Dean’s List honorees.
