A.POLICY
Facilities maintenance requests will be completed by the Campus Facilities Management Office. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Moving furniture or equipment,
- Changing lights,
- Hanging items on walls,
- Repairing furniture or fixtures,
- Painting,
- Cleaning carpets,
- Room set up,
- Other similar jobs.
B.POLICY GUIDELINES
A work order request shall be submitted to the Facilities Management Office using the online work order system.Work orders shall be submitted a minimum of three days prior to expected work completion. For emergencies or hazardous situations, call Facilities Management immediately.
