POLICY

Zane State College utilizes the legal services of the Education Section of the State of Ohio Attorney General’s Office, as well as, any special counsel who may be assigned by the Attorney General’s Office.

POLICY GUIDELINES

All questions or situations that may arise that requires the advice of legal counsel shall be communicated to the College’s attorney via the President, appropriate Vice President, or Director of Human Resources.
