A.POLICY
Naming Opportunities exist to recognize the accomplishment, dedication, and/or generosity of, agencies, companies, or organizations that advance ZSC’s vision, mission, and strategic goals. This policy outlines general guidelines to be used when considering a naming opportunity for recommendation.
B.POLICY GUIDELINES
ZSC Foundation may actively pursue financial resources for the purpose of naming buildings, facilities, areas within buildings, classrooms, laboratories, equipment, furniture, grounds, gardens, trees, benches, structures, streets, and/or lots. The recommendation of naming opportunities will be determined based upon the level of the philanthropic gift and the duration of the naming on a case by case basis.
All naming opportunities will be recommended by the Executive Director of the ZSC Foundation approved by the President in consultation with the Chief Financial Officer.
An honorific naming may be bestowed in recognition of meritorious service enabling the College to make major advances in the attainment of its vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Naming opportunities for buildings must receive final approval from the Board of Trustees.
