3357:12-12-18-Prohibited Activities

A. POLICY
The provisions set forth and the guidance provided in the Ohio Revised Code sections 3345.21 through 3345.26 (General Powers) regulate prohibited activities for all employees of the College.
B. POLICY GUIDELINES
The College will follow the guidelines as set forth in the Ohio Revised Code sections 3345.21 through 3345.26 related to prohibited activities. An employee may be terminated due to the nature of the prohibited activity, and this may be cause for immediate termination without prior progressive disciplinary steps.
