Instructional Design & Delivery

  1. Develops and delivers engaging, learner-centered instruction.
  2. Demonstrates proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and assessment.
  3. Uses a variety of teaching methodologies, including technology-enhanced learning.
  4. Integrates educational technology and learning management systems (e.g., Blackboard) into instructional practices to promote active learning and student participation.


Student Engagement & Support

  1. Communicates effectively with students in both verbal and written formats.
  2. Interacts professionally with students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
  3. Fosters an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
  4. Mentors and advises students to support their academic and career goals.
  5. Responds to students promptly and efficiently, utilizing digital tools to support academic progress and address student needs.


Assessment & Continuous Improvement

  1. Assesses student learning outcomes and uses data for continuous improvement.
  2. Participates in program assessment, accreditation standards, and curriculum assessment /review.
  3. Proactively identifies and addresses challenges using data-informed solutions.


Institutional & Professional Contribution

  1. Participates effectively in committees and institutional initiatives.
  2. Gathers and shares feedback from colleagues and communicates committee decisions.
  3. Contributes to the advancement of college-wide goals and strategic initiatives.
