AMENDMENTS TO THE BY-LAWS 3357:12-11-16

Amendments to the policies, procedures, rules, and regulations of the Board of Trustees may be submitted by a Trustee or may be recommended by the President. A two-thirds (2/3) vote of the whole membership shall be required at the next regular meeting for approval or disapproval of such amendment(s).
