EEET 2900 - EEET Capstone
Credits: 1 Lecture: 0 Lab: 2
This capstone course provides hands-on experience in programming and configuring Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) using industry-standard tools and platforms. It will emphasize key topics from the EEET 2510 - PLC course including, but not limited to: implementing timers, counters, sequencing instructions, arithmetic and move instructions, as well as utilizing conversion, comparison, and various addressing techniques such as direct, indirect, and indexed addressing, programming Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) and configuring discrete input/output (I/O) modules, thermocouple modules, analog I/O modules, and RTD modules.
Prerequisite: EEET 2210 and EEET 2450 . Corequisite: EEET 2510 .
