WILD 2500 - Wildlife Habitat Management

Credits: 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 3

Habitat evaluation and manipulation techniques are studied and put into practice in the field. Cover mapping habitats, quantitative and qualitative vegetation analysis, release cutting, and wetland delineation are some of the operations used in the ecological assessment and management of successional stages for game and nongame species.
