SWKA 2300 - Practicum I

Credits: 4 Lecture: 2 Seminar Lab: 14 Practicum

First of two placements in social service agencies in the community to give students the opportunity to observe and assist with direct client contact and related activities under supervision. This course includes a seminar for students to share their experiences and to facilitate the integration of classroom knowledge with practical application.

Prerequisite: SWKA 1090 ; Corequisite: SWKA 2230
