PTHA 1240 - Functional Anatomy and Kinesiology for the Physical Therapist Assistant

Credits: 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 3

PTHA 1240 integrates the principles and concepts of anatomy, biomechanics and physics with the functions and movements of the human body. The course presents the principles and concepts of introductory level therapeutic exercises as they relate to biomechanical impairments.

Prerequisite: Grade of “C” or better in BIOL 2400  and BIOL 2410
