ITCS 2230 - Developing Mobile Applications for Android Devices
Credits: 3 Lecture: 2 Lab: 3
This is a hands on course for designing and building mobile applications using Android opensource platform. The course explains the philosophy of developing applications for the Android through its main application development building blocks and their interaction with one another. This hands on course encourages students to learn by building increasingly more sophisticated and meaningful mobile applications for the Android. By the end of the course, each participant will build their own complete Android application incorporating most of the key aspects of the platform.
Prerequisite: ITCS 1210 or ITCS 1230 or ITCS 1410 or ITCS 1420 or ITCS 2020
