EDUC 2300 - Educational Placement Practicum
Credits: 2 Lecture: 1 Lab: 7 Practicum
This 105 hour educational placement practicum emphasizes the use of observation and assessment in the classroom as well as the knowledge, skills, and disposition necessary to effectively serve as an educational assistant in the K-12 classroom. Attention is given to classroom management techniques as well as building rapport. The student is directly supervised by a licensed/certified professional and qualified college faculty.
Prerequisite: EDUC 1090 , EDUC 1450 and EDUC 1830
